How it works
Simple, and on your schedule
1. A conversation
Write to us. We will arrange a short call to see whether coaching is the right fit for what you want to achieve.
2. The agreement
You receive the Executive Coaching Agreement by email and sign it electronically. A signed copy is sent to you.
3. Sessions
Usually 60 minutes, or 90 or 120 by arrangement, typically weekly or every other week. In person in Tulsa, or by video or phone.
4. No lock-in
There is no minimum term or number of sessions. Either party may end the engagement on written notice.
Fees
One clear rate
$400per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($100 each)
Pay per session
Each session is paid in advance through a secure payment link or invoice.
Prepaid hours
Buy a block of hours in advance and draw it down. Unused time is refunded when the engagement ends.
Organization invoicing
For organizations sponsoring a leader: invoiced monthly in arrears, due within 15 days, subject to approval.
Payment by card or bank transfer (ACH), processed securely by Stripe. No surcharge for paying by card. Receipts describe the service as executive coaching, for use with employer professional-development programs. Coaching is not billable to health insurance, HSA or FSA plans. In-person sessions in the Tulsa area carry no travel charge.
Your coach
Dr. Linda Barnum
Dr. Barnum has worked privately since 2012 with people whose lives leave little room to slow down: Fortune 500 executives, founders, physicians and high performers in demanding fields. Her coaching brings a deep understanding of how people think, decide and relate under pressure, applied to the practical work of leading well. Clients arrive almost always by referral, and discretion is a condition of the work.

Policies
Terms, refunds and privacy
Cancellation
Reschedule or cancel without charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full, except in a genuine emergency. If we cancel, you choose a new time or a full credit or refund.
Refunds
Unused prepaid time is refunded at the rate it was bought when the engagement ends, within 14 days. Fees for sessions already delivered are not refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Terms
Every engagement is governed by a written Executive Coaching Agreement with LifeMindUs LLC, signed before coaching begins. It sets out the services, fees, confidentiality and its limits, and dispute resolution under Oklahoma law. A copy is available on request.
Privacy
We collect only what is needed to run the engagement: your name, contact details, scheduling and billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card or bank numbers. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing. Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, or to correct it.
Coaching is not therapy. Executive coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling or healthcare and is not a substitute for them. It is not an emergency service: if you or someone else is in crisis, call 911 or call or text 988.
